Please email us for any inquiries about your order.  Tracking numbers are emailed the day your order ships, not when you place an order.  We do not offer tracking from our web site. 

We are open Monday through Thursday (part day Friday) 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific time, we are closed Saturday, Sunday and most major holidays.  We check our email and process orders on the weekends.  We are an internet run company, so if you can place your order on line with our secure shopping cart instead of emailing or faxing it, we appreciate it.  We are happy to answer any of your questions you have about products via phone or email.  If you have any questions about shipping or our return policies, please click on one of the links on the left.

We have been selling novelty chocolates and party supplies on the internet since February of 1998.  We care greatly about offering you top quality custom made chocolates and party supplies.

We use recycled materials for packing and shipping whenever possible.  Please recycle your shipping box and packing materials.

Sales tax will be added for all Washington State orders.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express Cards.

$35.00 returned check fee.  $25.00 unfounded credit card chargeback fee.

Please do not order our chocolate if you are allergic to tree nuts, peanuts, dairy or soy in any way.

We do not use milk ingredients from China in our chocolates, they do not contain melamine.

We are up to date on any recall products, including any recalled peanut products.
