Where we ship: We ship to most countries: Canada,
Australia, Japan, all of western Europe. Please inquire before you order because we do not ship to some countries in
South America, all of Africa (except for South Africa) and many countries in the Middle East.
If you are in the Middle East, India, Russia or a country we can't ship to, we will gladly ship to
your Aramex or
Bongo address.
Contact them and set up an account, it's easy. We do not ship to countries in conflict or with unstable governments. Please keep in mind that chocolates will need to
be shipped in cooler packs in warm weather and will add on extra weight and must
be shipped Express Mail to arrive quicker. The
insurance on this shipping method is only for loss of package, not if the
contents melt.* We have a very high success rate for intact shipments and
on time deliveries,
but we cannot take responsibility for the delivery method or time it takes to
arrive. We do not offer the free gift option.

let us know your due date and the type of shipping you'd like (First Class,
Priority or Express Mail) in the special instructions box on the billing page.
If you are in Canada, please enter your state, they are all listed in our drop
down menu for you. If you are in any other country and have a province or
state such as QLD, please enter that in the city line after you enter the city
with a comma.
IMPORTANT: You must
provide a valid email address. If you pay
with PayPal, you must be a verified member with a verified address. We will only ship to your
billing address or verified address. Shipping quotes are subject to change before you place
your order.
You are responsible for assuring
that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Processing Fee: We charge a $5.00 service charge
for all international orders and is included with your shipping
costs. This fee covers the additional time we spend on producing
non-standard shipping labels and higher processing/exchange fees that the banks
charge us. You or the recipient will be responsible for any duties or
taxes imposed. We do not know what the fees would be, so please check with
your local mail service.
Shipping
Methods & Info: You have the shipping
options of: Express Mail service which is the fastest, is automatically
insured for up to $100, tracking is available and takes approximately 3-5 days
depending where the package is going. Air Mail First Class for packages
under four pounds takes 1-3 weeks typically, proof of shipment is available, but
tracking and insurance are not available. Our Canadian neighbors seem to
get their packages in 7-10 days from the time we ship. Winter holiday shipments can take
longer than the average time. Air Mail Priority Mail or Priority Flat Rate for packages over four
pounds, can be insured, includes some coverage automatically, has tracking and
takes 6-10 days typically. All shipping times are approximate and are not
guaranteed. If you are using an ice pack or want insurance and faster
service with the post office, please request or select Express Mail when you
check out. Send us an email if you would like insurance added. Any
order that is under 5 pounds or less than $75.00 will be shipped with First Class
shipping unless you specify otherwise in the special instructions box.
Insured Parcels, Damages: We are very successful with
shipments arriving intact to our overseas customers, but we cannot replace any chocolates
if damage or loss of package occurs during shipment if you did not opt to pay for insurance
coverage or have it shipped by US Express Mail. Insurance will not cover
late shipment or melted chocolates. Coverage is only for broken items or
lost shipment. Express mail automatically
insures up to $100, anything over that requires additional insurance.
Insurance and tracking for standard First Mail First Class is not available and
you may use this selection for orders up to $50.00. Priority Mail has
automatic insurance coverage up to $67.00. We will automatically add
additional insurance coverage for packages with a value higher than $67.00.
We do not reship replacements at our cost. You will only receive the funds
back to your PayPal or credit card account for the product.* Insurance
will not cover cost of shipping return products to us if they are damaged.
You must incur this cost. If the product is a manufacturer defect on adult
products, balloons and blow up dolls, you will have to contact the manufacturer for
replacement. If you'd like a replacement product and the product can be
covered by insurance, you will have to send us the damaged product or photo
proof via email.
Duty &
Tax: We do not ship UPS
or DHL
Overseas. We can only ship by United States Postal Service. We can ship Fed Ex to
some countries, but some countries are too difficult to get
packages to like Mexico and require a ridiculous amount of paperwork we are not
willing to hassle. You or the recipient will be responsible for
duties and taxes imposed by customs, your country or the delivery service. It is not included in
the shipping price and we do not know what the extra costs are. We will
not devalue your subtotal for your order and we will not make it a 0 value and
call it a gift. Even gifts must have a value placed and duties and taxes
will be required to be paid by the gift recipient. Please
contact your postal service who will deliver to you. For Canadian

20$Canadian, it is about 5% of your subtotal.

countries. All other countries, we can only ship Fed Ex if you have your
own account that the duties and taxes can be charged to or if you pay 8% duty
fee and 18% VAT fee ahead of time. US Territories are not subject to
duties and taxes.
We ship to all military
addresses and U.S. Territories as a standard U.S. shipment. Shipping
surcharges may apply with packages weighing 2 pounds or more.
*Although loss is extremely
rare, if your
package was insured and is lost during shipment, it may take up to a month or longer to locate
your package and settle your claim. Please be patient during this process. We cannot send
a replacement for an insured package until the previous package has been returned to us for
inspection or has been deemed lost by the postal service. If you'd like a
replacement before the claim is settled, you will have to purchase another
order. Also, customs inspections may delay your package for a day or up to a
month if they want to, but this is a rare occurrence. Keep in mind that
in some counties, some items that may be questionable such as adult related items, may be
confiscated by customs or returned to us. We will not replace or refund for confiscated
items. It is up to you to know what items can be shipped into your
country.
If you are overseas and are
ordering a gift to be shipped within the United States, none of these shipping guidelines
apply (use
http://chocolatefantasies.com/shipping.htm for your
guideline) to your order as long as it us under $100.00. International
payment terms do apply though.
PayPal payments are accepted
for orders over $25.00 in products. You must be a verified account member.
We will reject any PayPal payments from non-verified members. For credit card orders over
$50.00, orders may take up to a week to process if the system does not verify
your address. Your security code must match in the billing system or we
will not process your order. Any order over four pounds or $100.00 will
need to go out by International Priority Mail or Express Mail insured. If we cannot
match your address or CVV2 # for any order you must email or fax a copy of the
front and back of your credit card, a picture identification card, passport or
driver's license that including your signature.
Any orders over $200 requires bank transfer, verified PayPal membership/payment or international money order. We are
sorry for this inconvenience, but due to the high amount of credit card fraud
from overseas transactions we need to verify legitimacy.
We do not
take international money orders any longer, please pay with a credit card or use
PayPal.
