Wholesale Terms
Hello!
If you are thinking about ordering our chocolates, we'd love to do business with
you. Please read our instructions for setting up an account and if you
still have questions, please feel free to call or email us. The shopping
cart and web site are geared for retail sales. Please place your order on
line! Do not email or fax your order in. When you put items in the
cart, they will not show wholesale prices. Just proceed knowing that your
credit card is not charged retail and you will get an emailed order confirmation
from us with your wholesale prices. Be sure to type in WHOLESALE after
your name when you fill out the billing information. We do not give
wholesale discounts for rush orders, please allow two to three weeks to process.
We only sell
chocolates and truffles that we manufacture at wholesale prices. We do not
sell
the foil wrapped chocolates, foil wrapped and gift boxed roses, bulk chocolates, anything that says Kosher after it, adult packaged candies, adult novelties,
dolls
and toys, pasta, gummies, cake
pans, cookie cutters, adult party supplies, lingerie, edible undies, soaps, body
paints, greeting cards, games, etc. If it's not our hand made chocolate,
we don't sell it wholesale. It will usually show near the top of the web
page or right by the product if we do not sell it wholesale. We do not
share information about distributors or where to purchase candy molds or
novelties. All chocolates and truffles are made to order. We do not
keep a stock.
We
must have a copy of your business license and/or resale certificate and business
card if
you are reselling to the public.
This may be sent to us by fax (360) 432-9130. US mail or email scanned copies in any format or PDF. We sell wholesale only to
businesses in the U.S.A., United Kingdom, Western Europe, Australia, Japan and Canada.
Please do not order unless you can prove that you are reselling the chocolates.
Please do not order for your personal use like a wedding or bat mitzvah just
because you have a resale license. We offer quantity discounts that are
very fair for personal quantity purchases. We do not accept American
Express or PayPal for wholesale orders. Please use MasterCard, Visa,
Discover or money orders.

Six Pack Regular Boxes - 15% off with a minimum of 12 six packs of the same style in the same
flavor. 20% off with a minimum of 6 dozen packs of the same style in the
same flavor. Includes sports ball truffles and individual boxed truffles.
Truffle in
Twelve Pack Regular Boxes - 15% off with a minimum of 6 six packs of the same style in the same
flavor. 20% off with a minimum of 3 dozen packs of the same style in the
same flavor. Includes sports ball truffles and individual boxed truffles.
Truffles &
Chocolates in
Tins - 10% off with minimum of 3 dozen packs of the same style in the same
flavor. 15% off with a minimum of 50 packs of the same style in the same
flavor. 20% off with a minimum of 100 packs of the same style in the same
flavor.
Gift Baskets - 10% off with a minimum of 3 like items and same flavor chocolate. Higher discounts
are offered for larger orders, please inquire.
We can repackage and sell
in bulk, just let us know what you'd like.
Please place your
order on line with our shopping cart.
Type in "Wholesale" and your company name on the shipping form. We will
adjust your price after you submit your order and send you an order confirmation
by email with your new total. You may combine wholesale and retail orders
and we will adjust your order. Please call us if you need to customize
your order with special packaging or flavors. We need a minimum of two
to four whole weeks to process your order to qualify for wholesale pricing. We
must must have proof of business before you place your order or you will be
charged retail pricing.
Shipping -
Shipping is actual cost plus handling. All
orders are sent out by US Priority Mail or Fed Ex Express, whichever you specify.
In warm weather, chocolates are usually shipped in reusable styrofoam
coolers with ice packs for an additional 5.00-10.00+ to the shipping cost.
Items shipped in the coolers are shipped out Mondays, Tuesdays and
Wednesdays only. We do not ship wholesale orders as a rush order. If you give
us less than 2 weeks notice, you will have to pay retail price. You may
choose to use your own Federal Express account to have us ship your packages.
We do not ship UPS, DHL or COD.
We do not have any catalogues
at this time. Please print pages you may find of interest for your records.
Prices are subject to change, so check the website before you make purchases.
Private Label & Custom Molds - Wholesale
chocolates do not have our web site address on them, but they do have LLK, Inc,
our phone number and an ingredient warming. Private labeling of your company name, telephone/web address
is available for .10 cents per item, gold label is .30 ea.
Double face satin ribbon with gold edging is our signature ribbon and is what we will
typically tie
your packages with unless otherwise specified.
Custom molds start at $200.00+ with the design style being owned by your
company. We
do not sell molds from our line. If you didn't find a chocolate style
that you had in mind, please contact us and in most cases we can obtain a mold
or already have one.
Payments - You may
pay for your order using a major credit card or money order. We do not
accept American Express, checks or PayPal for wholesale orders. We do not send C.O.D.

Order
carefully! Absolutely no returns or
exchanges on any item. All damages
or claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving orders if they
were insured or sent via Express Mail or Fed Ex.
If you do not contact us within this time period of receiving your shipment, we
will not negotiate damages or claims.
Damaged items may have to be returned to us for inspection or you'll have
to keep original box and damaged products for up to 30 days Emailed photos
of damage work best for claims. Keep
your package until you get an RA number or other instructions.
Replacements are only issued on damaged items that have been insured.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate
our wholesale terms at any time. Prices are subject to change without
notice. After placing an order with us, you agree to these terms posted.
Please Do NOT Use Our Photos - We
do not legally authorize any company selling our chocolates on the internet or
making their own catalogue to use our copyrighted photos. You will have to
purchase chocolates and photograph them yourself.
If

during the hours of 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday PST.
Your best bet is email. We do not take orders via phone, please try
to place them on line. If you don't want to use your credit card on line,
leave it blank and we will call you for it. Thank

Corporate and Fundraising
Corporate and fundraising orders start at
10% to 35% off depending on the size of the order and what is being ordered.
Please call or email us for more information. We can custom package any
item that you are interested in. If you did not see what you were looking
for, please let us know. We do not have everything that we make posted.
We specialize in fulfilling custom and obscure orders. We can also broker
chocolates for items that we do not carry. Your request for an order must
be written on your corporate, charity, club/group, division, school or university official letterhead
for our records. Please place your order on our website as you would a
retail order and we will change the price for you and email your order
confirmation with the adjusted total. Please be sure to write Corporate or
Fundraising after your name on the order form.
Drop
Ship Policies and Summer Shipments for Wholesale Customers
Pricing is the same for wholesale as listed above
with a $3.50 service charge per shipment excluding listed shipping prices.
Please place your order on line. Enter your billing information with
Wholesale Drop Ship after your name, enter your customer's shipping information
and you will receive an emailed order confirmation from us with your new total.
Do not phone in, email or fax us your orders. This service may only be
profitable to you if you have your customers order larger quantities or place a
minimum order.
Cooler packs are $5.00 to $10.00 and shipping
weight will increase the cost of listed shipping prices.
We're sorry, but we do not have
any catalogues at this time. We do not offer free samples.
