A:  From LLK Ventures, Inc. or LLK Ventures, Inc, not Chocolate Fantasies.  We do business as Chocolate Fantasies under LLK Ventures, Inc.  Please remember this when you get your credit card or PayPal statement

Q:  Does your company keep my email address and personal information confidential?

A:  Absolutely!  We never have and never will share or sell your personal information.  The only time you'll hear from us is if we have a sale, so periodically you will receive a sale message from us by email only.  If you do not wish to partake in our sale promotions, just let us know.

Q:  Do you have any catalogues?

A:  Not at this time, but please email us to be placed on our mailing list and we'll let you know if one becomes available.

Q:  Do you sell your chocolate molds?

A:  We're sorry, but we don't.  We can't tell you where we purchase them either.

Q:  Can I have my own custom mold made?

A:  Yes, and the starting price is $250.00.  Please inquire for further details.

Q:  I want to order a large quantity of chocolates, but I can't buy wholesale because I am not a retailer.  Can I get a discount?

A:  Yes!  Click here.

Q:  May I purchase wholesale from your company?

Q:  Why can't I return something I ordered?

A:  Because of the nature of most of our products, we cannot reuse them if you decide you do not want the items.  Please make sure you really want what you are ordering.  We only replace damaged merchandise that has been insured.  Click here for more information.

Q:  I didn't see a chocolate or gift on your web site that I really had in mind.  Do you have more chocolates or ideas for me?

A:  Yes!  Please email us with your request and we most certainly will help you out.

Q:  Can you send my gift anonymously?

A:  Yes.  We'll also include a gift card with your specified message as long as you keep it without malicious content.

Q:  Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?

A:  Yes, it is shipped in a plain, USPS or Fed Ex box with the return address from "LLK Ventures, Inc."

Q:  I have a serious allergy to nuts or other ingredients, do you use them on your premises? 

A:  Yes!  Please do not order our chocolates if you are allergic to nuts, dairy, corn, soy or other food productss that will make you sick!  Also, many lotions and lubricants we sell may have nut oils.  Please ask us to read the ingredients to you if you're curious.

Q:  Why is overnight shipping so expensive? 

A:  Because we use Fed Ex and they have to charge for fuel for their jets and trucks to get your package to you right on time.  You are paying for their reliability and we put your shipment ahead of the other orders and make it top priority.
