Closed Monday, September 6th in observance of Labor Day

We will not be shipping any packages on September 7th, nor will you receive packages that day.  Please place any Fed Ex orders with at least a full day or two to spare.  For example, if we ship anything for you on Thursday with Fed Ex 2 day, your package will arrive on Tuesday.


Independence Day

USPS (US Mail) and Fed Ex will not be delivering on Monday, July 5th.  We will still process your orders on line and answer any email questions you have.  We will resume shipping on Tuesday, July 6th.


Memorial Day

We will be closed Monday, May 31st in observance of Memorial Day.  Any orders that are submitted after 10:00 am May 27th, will be processed and/or shipped on or after Monday, June 1st.  We will not be shipping any orders on Monday and you will not be receiving any mail or express shipments this day.  Any Fed Ex order placed after 10:00 am May 27th will be shipped on Tuesday, June 1st as long as the order does not contain a large amount of hand made chocolates.  So, if you select Fed Ex 2 day and submit your order by 10:00 am May 27th, your order will arrive on Tuesday, June 2nd because Fed Ex does not count any weekend or holiday day as a delivery day.  We are still taking and confirming on line orders during the whole weekend and will respond to your emails.  Have a great long weekend!


Mother's Day Shipments:

Chocolate Roses marked with may be shipped same day if order is placed by 10:00 am PST.

Because of the storms and flooding in Tennessee where the Fed Ex main hub is, they may be experiencing some delays.  Because this is a natural problem, they will not be responsible for any delayed packages.

For Fed Ex Overnight:  Order by 10:00 AM May 6 to ensure that it gets there by the 7th.  Fed Ex does not deliver on weekends unless you order on Friday and want Saturday overnight which adds 17.00 to the overnight charge, please email us after you place your order if you'd like this service.  Any orders with chocolate that is not foil wrapped might take extra time to process if your order is large.  For Fed Ex 2 day:  Order by 10:00 AM May 5th to ensure that it gets there by the 7th.  The same terms apply to 2 day as they do for overnight service.  USPS Express Mail:  Order by 10:00 AM May 6th to ensure that it gets there by the 7th or 8th.  Express Mail takes one to two days for delivery.  It is not a guaranteed overnight service, but the USPS does deliver on Saturday.  Please understand that we cannot make any other exceptions on shipping deadlines.

For Standard Shipping with USPS Priority Mail:  Order by 10:00 AM May 3 for delivery by the 8th.  This is not a guaranteed service.  This depends on if your order consists of items that may be backordered, special ordered or a large chocolate order.  We will do everything we can to get your order to you on time and we will let you know if there are any problems that arise.  If you need it fast, use Fed Ex.  Please understand that we cannot make any other exceptions.  We make holiday orders our top priority, so please ask us if we can get your order out on time with standard shipping, there is a very good chance we may be able to accomodate you!

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you on the day your order ships.  We cannot and do not make any shipping guarantees, only a guarantee when we will ship out.  If the carrier runs into delays, we cannot offer refunds on shipping or products.

Please EMAIL us for tracking information if you cannot find your email confirmation from the USPS or Fed Ex, do not call customer service.  It would be helpful if you give your package a few days for delivery before you ask its status because this only slows down our processing to take time to look it up.  Look in your BULK or SPAM email folder if you expected an email from us and didn't get it.  Thanks for being patient and understanding!

Easter & Spring Gifts

President's Day

Monday, February 15th we will not be shipping any USPS Priority Mail.  The post office is closed for the holiday and they will not be delivering.  We are still taking and confirming on line orders.  Fed Ex is on a normal delivery schedule but we will more than likely not be shipping this day.  Please email us to see if someone can ship from the warehouse that day, thanks!


Valentine Holiday Shipping Information - Our Busiest Time of Year!

This schedule is for all orders, even if they are not for Valentine gifts.  Tracking numbers are emailed the day your order ships, check your spam/bulk mail folder for it if it's not in your inbox.  We are so grateful for all your orders, but because we have so many to fill now, we cannot verify if your order has shipped.  Please be so kind to read the shipping guideline on our shipping page, Shipping.  Asking us where your package is only slows down the shipping process for everyone.

DEADLINES

For Fed Ex 2 day:  Order by 10:00 AM February 10th to ensure that it gets there by the 12h.  For Fed Ex Overnight:  Order by 10:00 AM February 11th to ensure that it gets there by the 12th.  Saturday and Sunday do not count as Fed Ex delivery days and we do not count the weekend days as processing days, we go by business days.  If you need Saturday delivery, enter that on the billing page (17.50 extra on top of the Fed Ex shipping fee).  Any orders with chocolate we make will take an extra day or two to process because we make it fresh to order so order 1-2 days in advance or be so kind to email us and ask if we may accommodate you!  US Express Mail options are the same as Fed Ex 2 day.  Deadline for this service is 10:00 AM February 11th.  There are no refunds for late shipping by Fed Ex or us.

For US Priority Mail:  Order by 10:00 AM February 8th for delivery by or before the 13th.  This is not a guaranteed service and we make no shipping guarantees or guarantee a shipping date.  This depends on if your order consists of items that may be backordered, special ordered or a large chocolate order.  USPS considers Saturday a delivery day.  If you need it fast, ask us to put a $5.00 rush on the order for same or next day processing or use Fed Ex.  If you order beyond our cut off date, we can't promise it by Valentine's Day, but we will try.  Again, our cut off dates are not a guarantee that your package will arrive by Feb. 13th.

Don't be sorry by delaying, order your Valentine gifts early!  We will do everything we can to get your order to you by Valentine's Day and we will try to let you know if there are any problems that arise.  We are known for small miracles, but keep in mind we are a small company dedicated to making custom chocolates by hand and making sure you receive quality products packed with care by our staff.

Winter Holiday Shipping Schedules

The USPS might have some difficulties with the weather and delays may occur because of bad weather here in W. WA and many other parts of the country.  Any Fed Ex orders that are placed after 10:00 am 12/23 will ship on the 29th.  We should be caught up with any US Priority Mail orders by then as well.

For Hanukkah:

Hanukkah begins Dec. 12th please order with at least 2-3 days before you need delivery and use Fed Ex overnight, 2 day or US Exprss Mail if you need to have it rushed.  You've got 8 days to play around with for the delivery dates if the package doesn't have to be delivered on the first day, our deadlines are for the package to make it on the first day and only depends if the item is in stock and isn't a large custom chocolate order.

Deadlines For Christmas:

USPS Priority Mail Deadline - 12-17 or 18 10:00 AM PST.  This is depending on how busy we are, if your items are in stock, etc. will determine if we can get it to you in time after this date.  We do not guarantee delivery dates with the USPS Priority Mail service and we will make no promise when it arrives, only a promise and proof of a tracking number that we shipped when we said we would.

Fed Ex 2 Day Deadline - 12-22 10:00 AM PST (Should arrive Thursday.)  We will guarantee that we will ship your package on time but if Fed Ex doesn't ship on time, we will not be responsible for late packages.  Fed Ex is your best bet for on time delivery, but keep in mind, nothing is perfect and sometimes bad weather, bad airplanes or bad Karma can be a problem.  Out of stock items, special orders or large custom chocolate orders will take longer to fulfill, please allow extra time by ordering early.

Fed Ex Overnight  Deadline- 12-23 10:00 am PST (Should arrive by Thursday and the same exact terms described with the Fed Ex 2 Day deadline is the same for Fed Ex Overnight.)

USPS Express Mail - 12-22 10:00 am PST (The same exact terms described with all Fed Ex deadlines is the same for USPS Express Mail.)  Your package should arrive by 12-24.  There is no guarantee that it will arrive on that day in all cities.  Check this link for more information.  http://www.usps.com/holiday/shippingcalendar.htm?from=home_ftpromo&page=holidaymaildates

Any orders placed after 10:00 am PST December 23 will be shipped possibly starting on the 28th.  Don't be disappointed, plan for your shipment to arrive with one or more days to spare!

Please understand that we are very busy this time of year and we cannot make any exceptions to process your order faster or go beyond the deadline dates, we appreciate your understanding.  You should pad the processing time a day or two because of the holiday rush and if the delivery is delayed by the carrier, you will not be disappointed if they have an extra day or two to deliver.  You must consider that the carrier may run into weather problems this time of year.  If your chocolate order is exceptionally large, we may not be able to finish it on time.  Please order early to avoid any disappointment.  If we confirm your order to ship by a certain date, we promise to get your order out in time and will have proof of shipment, but if the carrier does not deliver on time, we cannot give shipping or product refunds.

Deadlines For New Year's Eve:

We will be open on the 29th and 30th, so please order by 10 am on those days for same day shipping.  Use the appropriate shipping methods described above with same terms.  Most of the staff will be on holiday vacation.

Closed Monday, January 19th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

The US Post office is not open and does not deliver on Jan. 19.  We will be closed this day and will not be shipping packages.  Fed Ex is still delivering on this day, but we are not shipping Fed Ex packages until Tuesday, Jan. 20.  Please plan accordingly.

Open Limited Hours for Shipping October 29th

We will have limited staff working Thursday and orders may not ship due to having our power turned off for construction on one of the buildings.  We are normally closed Friday through Sunday.

Any orders that come in after the 10:00 am on the 22nd, might not ship until the 23rd or after.  If you need to cancel your Fed Ex order you've placed between this time, just simply let us know that getting your order shipped out by or around the 23rd will be too late and we'll cancel it without a charge.  Remember, once we ship a standard USPS Priority Mail package, it only takes about 2 days to arrive.  Case shipping from the NY manufacturer will be shipping without delays.


No USPS Priority Mail or US Express Mail Shipping - October 12th

Fed Ex orders will ship, but USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail orders will be shipped the day after.

We will have limited staff working Thursday and Monday and orders may not ship.  We are normally closed Friday through Sunday.

Every year we take a company holiday during this time.  We will be fully open again on Tuesday the 22rd.  During these days that we are closed, we will be confirming your orders and answering your questions via email on the traveling laptop.  It may take 24-48 hours to get back to you, so please be patient.  If you place a Fed Ex order by 10:00 am Tuesday, Sept. 15th, we will ship it by Wednesday as long as it is not a large chocolate order that we manufacture.  Any orders that come in after the 10:00 am on the 17th, might not ship until the 23rd or after.  If you need to cancel your Fed Ex order you've placed between this time, just simply let us know that getting your order shipped out by or around the 23rd will be too late and we'll cancel it without a charge.  Remember, once we ship a standard USPS Priority Mail package, it only takes about 2 days to arrive.  Case shipping from the NY manufacturer will be shipping without delays.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes, but we are a small company and we all need a little break from work now and again.  Summer is the best time for us to allow employees time off since it's our slower season.  Thanks for understanding!

Thanksgiving Shipment Deadlines

Order by 1:00 PST 11/24 and your foil wrapped turkeys and/or leaves will arrive on Wednesday with Fed Ex Overnight.  Order by 1:00 PST 11/23 and your foil wrapped turkeys and/or leaves will arrive on Wednesday with Fed Ex 2 Day.  Order by 10:00 PST 11/23 with USPS Priority Mail and there is a good chance they will arrive by Wednesday, but delivery is not guaranteed.  We are closed 11/26 - 29th and will reopen on 11-30.  We are still taking orders on line and can answer any email questions you may have at some point during the weekend.  Thank you, have a great extended weekend and Happy Thanksgiving!
